Management of Change (MOC) Manager
The MOC Manager is a configurable UI/UX that interacts with the MOC Workflow to engage authorised personnel (process and data owners) for reviews, escalations, and approvals management of Master Data.
Rules and Workflow Engine
DirigerHUB not only integrates data between systems; the Business Rules and Workflow Engines allow the definition of multi-system, multi-domain, multi-function data orchestration and validation. Validation is Real-time and uses Diriger’s AI and ML tools to notify users of exceptions and subsequently allows for user intervention where necessary. Full audit trails of all interactions are maintained.
Access and Security
Diriger has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) meeting ISO 27001 Standards, Controls and Protocols. Our ISMS is regularly tested and reviewed by our internal security teams and current Government and Semi-Government Customers.
Watcher and Messaging
Provides the capability for any industry standard messaging capabilities in standard message queue formats in addition to Legacy, Text, e-Mail, Database, Website, Host Exchange, FTP, etc.
Transform and OCR (Image) Engine
The capability to transform and validate document and image-based information into coherent data from data sheets, parts books etc. without needing to establish document templates is also provided. This capability has a configurable UI/UX and utilises AI/ML principles for potential repetitive validation and error recycle events.
Composable Application Development UI/UX
All Diriger business applications and UI/UX capabilities are developed and deployed with DirigerHUB. We can also provide configurable bespoke UI/UX capability to suit our customer’s specific needs.
Central to our development capability is our ‘Mobile-First’ strategy for architecting, designing, building, and deploying our application via Progressive Web Apps capabilities; allowing applications to be deployed on any device any where.
Data Monitoring and Events
DirigerHUB is an event driven, data streaming integration platform solving the end-to-end integration problems. DirigerHUB is very useful in erroneous data situations and facilitates efficient recovery or error recycle as required by a business process or workflow. DirigerHUB has out of the box monitoring and control dashboards for ease of administration. The workflow engine can then be used to solve data issues by applying configurable validation and correction processes.
Analytics and Reports
Process-driven data analytics are captured at the point of execution and KPI-based Dashboards may be configured to report current state transactions in real-time.
API Manager and Synthesiser
DirigerHUB is compliant with the principles and architecture of the Open Industrial Interoperability Ecosystem (OIIE) information and systems architecture. Data Models, Registries, and Adaptor structures and formats are completely definable and flexible to suit any Customer’s situation. This includes open MIMOSA structures such as SDAIR, CIR and CCOM.
