Technology and Change Management
The only constant in life is change - always be prepared for it!
Regardless of the type of new AI-based Enterprise solution you are implementing; you need to understand and address your people’s fears and anxiety about the change.
You need the tools and people interfaces that work - not every person’s perception of a new system or its inherent technology is the same.
Diriger’s Mobile 1st design philosophy builds UI/UX capabilities with low cognitive load, whilst our change methodology has been proven for decades.

However, when familiarising or assessing people’s response to AI-based systems, be cognisant of several key OCM (Organisational Change Management) issues that may arise
Cultural Resistance: Whereas many employees may be accustomed to traditional activity-based methods e.g. per ERPs, etc, they may struggle with newer more efficient and expansive AI process-based methods.
Training Needs: A lack of proper training in any change will no doubt hinder system utilisation and lead to errors or rejection of use.
Change Communication: Communication about the reasons for implementing the change, its benefits, and how it aligns with organisational goals is essential to buy-in.
Process Integration: Integrating the new system with existing processes and tools is vital for its success - the alternative can lead to duplication of effort, inefficiencies, and confusion.
Leadership Support: Basically, leadership support and sponsorship are essential.
Incorporate User Feedback: This needs to happen today, tomorrow, and every other day for continual improvement.
Performance Metrics: Remember to establish and agree to clear measures for the effectiveness of the progressive change.
Data Security and Privacy: Ensure that the new system complies with data security and privacy regulations to protect sensitive information.
Addressing these OCM issues proactively can help successfully implement and de-stress any new system change.
